Thee
Dragon Laire has committed to keeping all shipping costs to
a minimum. We realize that the excitement of making purchases
online can diminish when the buyer notices that receiving
a $25.00 purchase has a $20.00 added shipping cost. Thee Dragon
Laire will primarily use United Parcel Service or the U.S.
Postal Service. We charge the standard shipping rate plus
shipping material.
All shipments via U.P.S. are automatically insured for
up to $100.00.
If more insurance is needed we will ship accordingly.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery unless other arrangements
have been made. Also, shipments leaving the continental
USA will be charge international shipping rates.
If for any reason a Thee Dragon Laire product must be returned,
the buyer
must contact us in advance to receive authorization. Any
merchandise returned for reasons other than defects, must
be shipped pre-paid.
Custom Orders are received with 50% of payment due upon ordering.
If buyer cancels anytime after the order date, she/he forfeits
entire down payment. No Cash or Credit Refunds.
All refunds are given as store credits. |
